Casa 1 is a double room located on the mezzanine floor and it has a balcony door. Upon descending only 9 steps, guests will reach a private courtyard with a table, chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas, where they can relax. The room is on the back side of the building, overlooking a narrow, picturesque, quiet alley of Chania Old Town.

This room features a double bed, A/C, free WiFi, a refrigerator, a flat-tv screen, a hair dryer, an iron-ironing board, a coffee machine, a kettle, a mirror, bathroom products, a drying rack, towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Kindly note that towels are changed 5 times/week and linen 3 times/week. Additional cleaning is available upon request and with an extra charge.
